Welcome to VividBetting.com ("VIVID", "we", "us", or "the Service"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of VIVID governing your access to and use of the website, games, wallet, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All balances are denominated in cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
• Only deposit from wallets you control. Deposits from third-party or exchange wallets may be unrecoverable.
• Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you provide. Crypto transactions are irreversible — always verify the address and network before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review, limits, and security checks. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Network transaction fees apply and may vary by blockchain conditions.

4. Wagers & Gameplay

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded except where required by law or at our sole discretion in the case of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers are void and stakes returned.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game's stated rules and, where applicable, a provably fair mechanism. The house edge applies to all games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in voided winnings and account termination.
• Collusion, use of bots, scripts, or automated play (outside approved demo mode) is prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses, if offered, are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements and expiry.
• Abuse of promotions (multi-accounting, bonus hunting, collusion) voids the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Services.
• Interfere with other users' access or with the operation of the games.

7. AML / KYC Compliance

We comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. We may request identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds evidence, and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Transactions may be blocked or frozen where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including software, games, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of VIVID or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose only.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Cryptocurrency networks are outside our control; we are not responsible for network congestion, failed transactions, or blockchain forks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVID and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost funds, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the wagers you placed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination, any pending wagers may be voided and unlawful winnings forfeited.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at this URL with its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Services are operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and otherwise in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
